Thoughts for the Day
1. Am already craving Panera in anticipation of my visit home. I WANT a Figi Apple Chicken Salad and Broccoli Cheddar soup. If this gets much worse, I might coerse someone to drive to Waco with me to make it happen. Just sayin.
2. Allen is still waiting approval for gun school. Nothing like waiting till the last minute - kid is supposed to leave on Tuesday.
3. We are hoping to have some fun 4th of July adventures tomorrow. Although there is a burn ban so no one is allowed to set off personal fireworks. (the huge show at Fort Hood is still on though) There is a huge carnival/fair/festival thing on base... and also a concert by Dierks Bentley (country artist. He's pretty good). We are also attempting to get people together to rent a pontoon boat in the afternoon for a fun picnic lunch on the water. (its only $35/2 hrs and it seats 15 people. Could be good fun if we can wrangle up enough people)
4. New craving - Starbucks coffee ice cream.
5. As of tomorrow, I will officially have only 100 days left of pregnancy. Does that seem crazy to anyone else?
