This morning we woke up and went to a Mommy&Me group with the ladies from my church. It just started this week - and I AM officially a Mommy now. Kind of fun. Although I sort of felt old (although to be fair, I might have been the oldest person there... who happened to have the youngest kid).
I actually wasn't going to go becuase one of the girls RSVPed two days ago and less than an hour later, put up a status message on facebook about having the flu. My baby will NOT be getting H1N1 if I can help it, thanks. However, turns out she called to say she wasn't coming, so I did.
Yes, I'm overprotective. And I'm ok with that.
